At Giada, we are committed to providing premium, US-manufactured health support. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward, hassle-free 60-day return policy.
The Giada 60-Day "Empty Bottle" Guarantee (Opened Items)
Everyone’s body chemistry is different. If you use your first bottle of our Beetroot extract consistently and do not feel a positive difference in your energy, stamina, or circulation within 60 days of delivery, we will make it right.
Simply email our US-based support team at care@shopgiada.com. We will issue a full refund for your first opened bottle. You do not need to go through the hassle of shipping that opened bottle back to us. (Note: This guarantee applies to a single-bottle purchase or the first bottle of a multi-bottle bundle. Original shipping charges are non-refundable).
Returning Unopened Bottles (Multi-Bottle Bundles)
If you purchased a multi-bottle bundle or simply changed your mind before breaking the safety seal, we gladly accept returns of fully sealed, unopened bottles within 60 days of delivery.
How to return unopened items:

Email us at care@shopgiada.com to request a Return Authorization and get the correct US warehouse address. (Please do not "Return to Sender" or ship it back without contacting us first, as our facility cannot process unauthorized returns).

Securely package the unopened, sealed bottles.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once our facility receives and inspects the unopened bottles, we will issue a full refund for those items to your original payment method.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Our products are bottled in a cGMP-certified, FDA-registered facility, but occasionally things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, the safety seal is broken, or you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can fix it!
How to get a free replacement:

Include a clear photo of the damaged bottle or the incorrect item. (Our manufacturing facility strictly requires a photo to process the replacement). We will immediately expedite a brand-new shipment to your door at absolutely no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We ship all orders via tracked US carriers. If your tracking information shows that your package was "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it has been more than 3 business days since the "Delivered" status and your package is still missing, email care@shopgiada.com and we will work with you to find a solution.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Because we pride ourselves on fast fulfillment, your order is sent directly to our US printing and bottling facility within hours of your purchase. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or address changes once an order has been placed. If you made a mistake on your shipping address, please email care@shopgiada.com immediately and we will do our absolute best to intercept it before it ships.
