this stuff really works. I’ve suffered with HS since adolescence and I wish I knew about this product 30 years ago. Two days ago, I started developing a sore in a very, very sensitive area when I woke up that morning it was like the size of a pea and when I woke up the next morning, it was the size of a lemon and very painful. I was out of town and didn’t have this with me and as soon as I got home coated that thing with the ointment. kept it coated all day yesterday and last night and then this morning, well let’s just say it did it thing and now it’s back to the size of a pea and shrinking and healing. this stuff really works. I have been waiting to review this item because I wanted to give thorough and genuine feedback, which I knew would require some time to actually use the product and wait for results. I have been using this product for 1 week. I have applied it at least once a day, sometimes 2 times a day. IT WORKS!! I was recently having a flare of my HS and I had a very stubborn one that wasn’t going away, was painful and big. I noticed a difference within 2 days but at this 1 week mark, it’s almost completely gone. The bump itself is gone, but I’m still dealing with some discoloration from it, but no pain! For anyone needing a solution to really get HS under control this is the winner. Place small amount over the area and it will start working immediately. Had a flare up that was hot to the touch, put a little on it and it will start shrinking the boil and cool it off. Repeat once or twice a day and it will keep working. Will this sting? I’m scared to put anything on that area.

We built this to be non-sting on tender, flare-prone skin. Start with a thin layer after warm compress or cleansing and patch-test on a small spot first. If you’re extremely sensitive, stick to the fragrance-free version and avoid the EO variant. If you feel burning that builds, wipe off, stop use, and reassess.

Where can I safely use it—and where not?

Use on intact skin in friction zones: groin, inner thigh, underarm, under-breast, buttock crease. Do not use on open wounds or actively draining lesions.

Will it stain underwear or feel greasy?

It’s designed as a light, cushy layer that rubs in and won’t perfume the room. Apply thinly and let it settle for a minute before dressing. If you over-apply, blot once with tissue.

How often should I reapply?

As needed—typically 2–3×/day. If clothing rubs or the area feels hot again, a thin layer helps. If the skin looks worse or you see signs of infection, stop and seek care.

Is this a treatment for hidradenitis suppurativa (HS)?

    I wanted to REALLY try this out for awhile before I reviewed it, and I even bought different sizes just to test out the product’s consistency. I was suffering from a mild case of HS. It wasn’t nearly as bad as I’ve seen with some people on instagram, but it was extremely uncomfortable. This product is a healer of manyyy things. It gave me immediate relief from that initial painful cyst or boil. It literally heals the dark marks I’ve gotten from gauze pads, and other dark areas I had on the back my forearms towards my elbows from doing planks when I exercise lmao. I even use it on my face as a healing moisturizer, and I’m an Esthetician so I really trust this product. If you have certain skin issues and especially if you have HS, it’s 100000% worth a try!     I feel like this product works well for me. I used it 4 particular areas of my body, and of those 4, 2 have healed up really well. One of red spots has almost completely faded, and I've been taking antibiotics for that particular condition for months with no results. The other spot that is similar to it is taking longer to heal, but it is very, very slowly fading. The 4th spot is eczema, so it will always be a problem, but it helps with the redness and itching.I began using this on my face to help with eczema and it does help with itching, although sometimes I still itch. It has helped clear up the bumps that were on my forehead, so not complaining about that.

    One of my family members has HS and has struggled to find something that works quickly and isn’t a total mess.     my horror story, but it was saved by this miracle salve
    LITERALLY SAVED MY FREAKEN LIFE NO JOKEI had a really bad I don’t even know to be honest what it was, but it was on my inner thigh and I don’t even know how I got it but the “thing” swelled up huge the day before a flight to a vacation that required a lot of walking the very next day after I landedSo I was petrified and it hurt like hell. I spent all night that night before my flight putting warm compresses on it, putting onion on it, putting everything that I could do on it to try to get the head to show because the head was not coming out and it hurts so much That I went on TikTok and I was searching for remedies at like three in the morning and I found this until I bought it out of desperation and it came immediately literally so early it came out like 6 AM then I put it on and that was the day of my flight And I left it on. I walked through the airport with it. It was like instant relief when I had the salve on it it wasn’t hurting me in the airport when I was walking, whereas if I didn’t have it, I would be in so much pain I got on the flight. It was not hurting me because of the salve towards the end of the flight started to tangled because at that point, it was time to reapply, but I just never had the chance to, so it was hurting at the end of the day, but not as much as it was before the salve anyways when I got to the hotel that night after the airport after all that walking it popped or I should say exploded when I was on the toilet peeing and there was a lot of blood I almost passed out. The gauze was drenched because the salve pulls out all of the bad so I had to change the gauze and put more of the miracle cream on it and put it back on, which wasn’t a problem. It didn’t hurt at that point, but I was still doing it so the whole thing could be drained and it can heal and holy cow did it freaking work I would buy this over and over again.     My Magic Healer is a HEALER! I had no idea that these boils/pimples was HS. I recently had a very painful boil and I gave in and ordered this product. I can tell you that it took about 4 days for my boil to disappear but as soon as a rubbed it on my boil, I felt IMMEDIATE pain relief.You can also get a medium to large bandaid and leave it overnight while you sleep to assist with speeding up the process.
